A true haven of peace in the heart of the city, our terrasse space faces the Sulpician Gardens (the oldest in North America). After working in several of the city’s reputed establishments, he brought his master’s touch to the kitchens of S Le Restaurant. Following the rhythm of the changing seasons, he transforms farm-fresh produce and game from Quebec into a singular local cuisine with an unmistakably European flavour.
